Respond to a Partner Request

When you receive a partner request, it includes a link with a unique identifier.

The link can be used only once and it expires two weeks after it is sent. If the request link has expired, a message appears and the Accept and Decline buttons are not available.

  1. Click the link in the email or text message.

  2. On the Subway Partners® login screen, enter your FWH Technologies, LLC user ID and password.

  3. To accept the request on the Partner Request screen, click Accept. You can now access the LiveIQ Labor screens for which you have permission.

  4. To decline the request, click Decline. The sender is notified.
